I had decided to delve into digital art. I till this point used traditional medium for all my art practices. In digital medium, I had looked into pixel art, vector art, raster art. I liked vector art because of the more structural approach. It is also what we use for illustrations. So I wanted to practice vector art and I am using reference images for this.

This is a windmill based on a reference image of the same. The background hill has a touch of the background that we see in Alto's Adventure game. At this point I hadn't decided on purchasing Sketch app for macOS as I wasn't sure if I will be able to do vector art as I envisioned in my mind. So I went with Inkscape to see if I can do what I had in mind.
